Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 9.26.2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases, bookings, retreats, intensives, guidance sessions, programs, and digital products offered through yonihavana.com. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Policy

All sales are considered final once a program, retreat, immersive container, or digital product has begun or been delivered. Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of purchase.


2. Retreats & Intensives

  • Deposits: Non-refundable and non-transferable, as they secure your place and are used to cover upfront costs.

  • Balance Payments: Due by the date specified at registration. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation of your spot without refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations by Participant: If you cancel after full payment, no refund will be issued. In certain cases, we may (at our sole discretion) apply a partial credit toward a future retreat.

  • Cancellations by Us: If we cancel a retreat or intensive for any reason, you will receive either:

    • a full refund of amounts paid to us, or

    • the option to transfer your payment to a future retreat.
      We are not responsible for additional costs you may incur, such as travel, lodging, or other personal expenses.


3. Guidance Sessions & Programs

  • One-on-One Sessions: Sessions canceled by you with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • Multi-Session Packages / Containers: Once a package or container has begun, fees are non-refundable, even if you choose not to complete the remaining sessions.


4. Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be granted once materials have been delivered or access has been provided.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original method of payment within 10 business days.


6. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled session, retreat, or event without prior notice, no refund or credit will be issued.


7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, travel restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide a credit toward a future offering.
