Detox

Clear your body, reset your system, and restore your vitality.

How Toxins Impact Every System in Your Body

Toxins don’t just accumulate in your body — they quietly interfere with every major system that keeps you thriving. Detox isn’t just about digestion or diet — it’s about restoring function across the entire body. Over time, toxic overload can impair:
🧠 Cognitive Function — affecting memory, focus, and mental clarity
🔥 Metabolism — leading to weight gain, blood sugar imbalances, and low energy
🧘‍♂️ Nervous System — contributing to anxiety, sleep issues, and feeling chronically stressed or wired
💔 Emotional State — intensifying mood swings, depression, or emotional numbness
⚖️ Hormonal Balance — disrupting everything from thyroid function to reproductive health
❤️ Cardiovascular System — increasing inflammation, blood pressure irregularities, and risk of heart disease
🩹 Tissue Repair and Healing — slowing recovery from injuries, workouts, or surgeries
🦠 Immune Resilience — weakening your ability to fight off infections
🌿 Gut Health — disturbing the microbiome and causing digestive discomfort
Skin Vitality — contributing to acne, dullness, or premature aging
Each person’s reaction to toxins is unique. Even those who appear healthy may benefit from periodic detoxification to maintain balance and prevent latent issues.
When we reduce the toxic load on the body, every system begins to recalibrate naturally. Energy returns. Mental sharpness improves. Emotional resilience deepens. Detoxification is not just a cleanse — it’s a gateway to holistic renewal, vitality, and deeper connection to yourself.

My Journey Into Detoxification

In our search for better health, we often focus on what more we can add — supplements, superfoods, new routines. I know this approach well. Years ago, I co-owned a supplement company and experimented with all kinds of nutritional protocols. But despite doing “everything right,” my body told a different story: muscle cramps, digestive issues, and signs that nutrients weren’t being absorbed.
After running comprehensive tests, I was shocked to discover high levels of fluoride and aluminum — even though I had avoided both for years. I learned that toxins can stay hidden deep within our tissues, impacting the body’s ability to function and heal.
Once I understood the layers of toxicity — and how to safely guide their release — everything changed. My energy improved, my mind cleared, and I began helping others experience the same.

Why Detox Is Essential Today

Given the pervasive presence of toxins in our environment — from air and water to food and consumer products — regular detox protocols have become essential for maintaining health and longevity.
Even those who appear healthy may benefit from periodic detoxification to maintain balance and prevent latent issues.

Three Layers of Detox Theory

Jeff Hoyt, President of Zeolite Labs, conceptualized detoxification as occurring in three layers:

Layer 1 (Processing Center): Toxins your body is actively dealing with, often found in blood or lymph.

Layer 2 (General Tissue Storage): Toxins temporarily held in fat or muscle when the body can’t process them right away.

Layer 3 (Deep Storage): Long-term accumulation in organs like the liver or brain, released slowly over time.

Two Methods of Detox

Push-Catch

Stimulates the body to release toxins from deep tissues (“push”), followed by binders to capture them in the bloodstream or gut (“catch”). Effective but can overwhelm if detox pathways are burdened.

Catch and Release

Uses binders like zeolite to capture circulating toxins first (“catch”), then allows the body to gradually and naturally release deeper toxins (“release”). A gentler, more sustainable method ideal for sensitive systems.

Tools & Modalities I Use

1. Zeolite (Catch and Release)

Zeolite is a natural volcanic mineral with a unique cage-like structure and negative ionic charge, enabling it to attract and trap positively charged toxins like heavy metals. Specifically, clinoptilolite is the form recommended for human consumption due to its efficacy and safety. Zeolite acts as a “smart binder,” selectively targeting harmful substances without depleting essential minerals. It’s particularly effective for those sensitive to standard detox protocols, offering a gentler, controlled process.

2. Kambo (Push-Catch)

Kambo is a traditional Amazonian medicine derived from the secretion of the Giant Monkey Frog (Phyllomedusa bicolor). Applied through superficial burns on the skin, it induces a powerful purgative effect, expelling stored toxins from various organ systems. Beyond physical detoxification, Kambo offers energetic and spiritual cleansing. It’s been used to address conditions like depression, migraines, autoimmune disorders, and chronic pain. As a certified Kambo practitioner, I ensure safe and ethical administration of this potent medicine.

3. Liver, Colon, Candida, and Parasite Cleanses (Push-Catch)

I guide individuals through comprehensive cleanses targeting the liver, colon, candida overgrowth, and parasites, utilizing protocols from Global Healing. These cleanses employ natural supplements and dietary adjustments to support the body’s elimination pathways, restore gut health, and rebalance internal ecosystems. They’re particularly beneficial for those experiencing digestive issues, fatigue, or immune challenges.

Detox Requires Knowledge and Guidance

Detoxification isn’t straightforward. Without proper education, releasing toxins can overwhelm the body, leading to fatigue and a weakened immune system. That’s why I advocate for informed, guided detox processes.

Why Detox Order Matters

One of the most important yet often overlooked aspects of detoxification is the order in which it’s done. Jumping into parasite cleansing or heavy metal detox too early can cause significant harm, especially if key drainage pathways — like the colon, liver, and lymphatic system — aren’t open and supported. A foundational, step-by-step approach is essential:
  1. Clear the colon
  2. Support liver bile flow
  3. Improve lymphatic circulation
  4. Then move to deeper cleanses like parasites and heavy metals
This order prevents toxins from recirculating and overwhelming the system.

Addressing Modern Toxins

It’s also critical to address modern pollutants like glyphosate and microplastics, which compromise gut health, weaken the immune system, and disrupt hormonal balance.
  • Glyphosate damages the gut lining and microbiome, often underlying food sensitivities and neurological symptoms.
  • Microplastics accumulate in tissues and act as carriers for other toxins.
True detoxification requires more than just eliminating substances—it demands strategy, precision, and support to restore balance and rebuild the body’s natural resilience.. Without proper education, releasing toxins can overwhelm the body, leading to fatigue and a weakened immune system. That’s why I advocate for informed, guided detox processes.

Detox FAQ

Q: How do I know if I need to detox?
A: Common signs include fatigue, brain fog, skin issues, digestive discomfort, sleep problems, recurring infections, or hormonal imbalances. Even if you feel “healthy,” modern life exposes us to toxins daily — so most people benefit from gentle, regular detoxing. I also offer testing to give you clear data.
Q: What makes your detox approach different?
A: I blend cutting-edge testing (like Oligoscan and Bio-Well), ancient practices like Kambo, and personalized protocols based on your nervous system, lifestyle, and health history. This approach respects both science and spirit, aiming for sustainable transformation — not quick fixes.
Q: What’s the difference between a detox and a cleanse?
A: A cleanse usually targets one system (like the colon or liver) over a short period. A detox is a broader, deeper process — supporting the body’s natural pathways to remove toxins stored in tissues and organs. Think of a cleanse as a tool within a longer-term detox journey.
Q: Will I feel worse before I feel better?
A: Some people experience what’s called a detox reaction — fatigue, mild headaches, or emotional release — as toxins leave the body. My goal is to minimize this by supporting your pathways (liver, lymph, gut) and choosing the right intensity for your system. Zeolite and other tools help buffer and ease the process.
Q: Can I detox while working or traveling?
A: Yes, together we’ll choose the right protocol for your schedule. Some phases require more rest, while others are fully compatible with daily life. The goal is to integrate detox in a way that enhances your life, not disrupts it.
Q: Can detox help with emotional or spiritual blocks?
A: Yes. Many people find that as physical toxins are released, emotional patterns and stuck energies also begin to shift. Detox isn’t just about the body, it’s a gateway to greater clarity, alignment, and vitality. Practices like Kambo and breathwork can deepen this transformation.
Q: Do you offer group detox programs or only 1:1 guidance?
A: I primarily work 1:1 so we can deeply personalize your process. Occasionally, I offer group journeys or online teachings — subscribe to my newsletter to stay updated.
Q: Is this safe if I’m on medication or have a chronic condition?
A: In many cases, yes — but we must review your medications and health status first. I’ll help determine what’s safe and adjust the intensity of the detox accordingly. Safety and integrity always come first.
Q: How long do you recommend one to detox?
A: The duration varies based on individual health status, lifestyle, environment, and goals. Typically, a moderately intense detox lasts 4-6 months, followed by a gentler phase for another 6 months. Some experts suggest an intense detox every 18–24 months.
Q: I can’t come to your studio to get measured. Can I still work with you on detox?
A: Absolutely. Options include:
  • Locating local providers or at-home tests you can send to a lab.
  • Arranging for me to come to you, depending on budget and scope.
