Meditation: waking up with sam harris

We started every morning of our retreats with a 10 min meditation from The Waking Up App by Sam Harris. Also, we highly recommend checking out other mediations and the Theory and Life sections in the app, which are filled with wisdom. Breathwork: Wim hof method

After our morning meditation, we continued our morning routine with a Guided Wim Hof Breathing Exercise. We encourage you to keep this routine going for the following benefits:

MOVEMENT: JOINT MOBILIZATION
